After submitting your investment offer, you have the option of preparing the completion. Hereby you support us for a smooth process.
You deposit a bank account for deposits and payouts. You will need your IBAN and BIC for this. Without a bank account we cannot accept deposits of your investments. The bank account must be in your name.
You then specify your payment method and make the payment. You can choose between secure online banking via our platform or classic bank transfer.
Verify your identity (if required). In some cases we are required to verify your identity using an identity document. There are several ways to do this, none of which takes much time.
Add your securities account (if required). For share projects you need a securities account.
Add a wallet (if required). For investment projects with digital securities you need a so-called wallet or digital safe deposit box. You can set this up with us free of charge in just a few steps.
After the end of the financing phase, you will receive a notification by e-mail that your investment offer has been accepted by the company. We will prepare your contract documents and deposit them in your portfolio for download.
In rare cases, in the event of overbooking or for projects with an auction rate, the company may decide not to accept all offers. (More on this in the item: "What is the auction interest rate and the maximum interest rate principle?")
